Our client, Family Dental Care, a New York based dental practice, has seen a recent decline in number of current patients who are due for a 6 months check up and teeth whitening. US Presort offered to run a special campaign during holiday season offering a special discount for VIP members.
We ran a count for prospects with specific demographic parameters to combine with the dental office existing database of patients. Their list was cleaned and updated to ensure the data quality. The postcard included a custom generated QR code for easy mobile access to a landing page, created specifically for this particular campaign, inviting existing and potential patients to join a special VIP Club which would offer exclusive discounts. Once the QR code was scanned, it led the receiver to the landing page with a form to fill their name and email to confirm their desire to Join the VIP Club. After they provided their information, instead of the standard “Thank You” page the prospects are led to a special page with his/her name on it and an exclusive offer. The personal touch and cross-media approach by combining direct mail and online marketing, proved to be very effective for this mailing as we saw a rise in calls by more than 30%which generated almost 200 appointments with expecting revenue of $100,000.
